Viticulture zone in Central Greece.
The vineyard (10 to 12 years old) is situated at an altitude of 280-380m.
Destemming, no crushing. Cold soak at 5ο C for 12 hours and fermentation at gradually increasing temperatures, offering aromatic complexity to the wine. Post maceration with steering the lies for 2 months.
It has a pale salmon color.
Εlegant nose of moderate aromatic intensity, with notes of juicy strawberry, cherry, bergamot, sweet watermelon, pink rose and Turkish delight. In the palate, it is medium bodied, with high aromatic intensity and medium (+) acidity that perfectly balances with its slight sweetness.
Marshmallow, rose, Turkish delight, strawberry jam, sweet quince and rose water in brave doses. Florar aftertaste that lasts.
Enjoy it on its own as an aperitif, pair with light red sauces pasta or
spicy asian cuisine dishes.
Best served at 10ο C (50ο F).
