Vinification Method/Maturation:
Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures separately for each variety. The final wine results from the blending of the two different tanks, thus
ensuring the desired complexity and balance.
The wine stays for 2 months on its lees with periodic stirring.
Tasting Characteristics:
It has a soft lemon color with greenish highlights..
Intense aromas of grapefruit, bergamot, green apple, peach, lemon, lime and unripe pineapple combined with hints of vegetation.
Mouth fresh, medium volume, with crisp acidity and a light oily feel.
Harmony:
Pair it with chicken with zucchini, roasted vegetables, fish or pasta with vegetables.
Best served at 9°C.
