Region / Location / Vineyard:
Viticultural zone of Central Greece. For the 2023 harvest, a cooperating vineyard was selected in the wine-growing zone of Evia, with a low yield per hectare (6000Kg/Hectare).
Vinifcation / Maturation:
Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment for 12 hours, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures.
After the end of the alcoholic fermentation of the wine, it is aged for 4 months on its lees with periodic stirring (Batton age). 30% of the wine matures for 4 months in an amphora.
Tasting Characteristics:
Bright pale yellow color with green highlights.
Intense nose, with aromas of white flowers, bergamot and other citrus fruits.
Full moth with subtle acidity that ends in a long and pleasant aftertaste.
Harmony:
It accompanies green salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, and dishes of both Mediterranean and Asia cuisine.
Ideal enjoyment at 10-11ο C.
